Return Policy & Shipping Information
What is your return policy?
For online orders, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or defective item, etc.). In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice.
Please contact us within 10 days at email@example.com if you require assistance returning or exchanging an item.
We gladly accept returns in store on unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached within 30 days of purchase.
We will provide our best effort to all orders within 1-2 business days. If there will be a delay in shipping your product, we will email you immediately to provide a more accurate shipping time. All orders will be sent via Canada Post.
At this time, orders are only available to be shipped within Canada.
