Can we place a group order?

Yes! If you are ready to place a group order or would like to chat about different options or find out about our Group Discount program, please give us a call at 506.648.7256 or email mail@brightengroup.ca and we can discuss what exactly you are looking for. Embroidery, screen printing, name tags and more are all available to help your office achieve that professional look!

 

Can you come to our office and show us what you have available?

We offer in office visits for most of New Brunswick. Contact us at mail@brightengroup.ca for more information or to set up an in office visit. We can bring samples and catalogs to help you achieve the professional look every office wants!

 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

If we have the products you've ordered in stock, it shouldn't take long at all! 7-10 business days for normal Canada Post shipments. 

If we have to order the product in for you, it will take a bit longer. We aim for a 7-10 day turnaround to get the products direct from our supplier. 

 

I am looking for new colors. Are they available from you?

Absolutely! As the seasons change, new colors are released, and others are discontinued. We will do our best to offer the newest, trendiest colors online but if there is something specific you are looking for, give us a call at 506.648.7256 or email mail@brightengroup.ca and let us know what you are looking for so we can help you make it happen!
